Diamond bead are made from a steel cylinder which surrounded by a diamond ring on. Diamond ring normally is produced by electroplating, sintering or brazed technology. Primal diamond wire is alternately composed of beads and springs with steel carrier inside. With the requirement for cutting other abrasive material like granite, concrete and sandstone, as well as safty consideration, plastic or rubber injection was developed to replace springs.
